Biography

I am a results-driven senior public-sector leader, scholar and development practitioner with extensive expertise in public policy, programme and project coordination, gender mainstreaming, institutional strengthening and inclusive development. As a senior official in Nigeria’s Federal Public Service and a pro bono Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Abuja, I bridge the worlds of practice and academia to advance policy research, generate knowledge, build institutional and human capacity, and champion evidence-informed decision-making. At the heart of my professional and academic mission is a deep commitment to gender-responsive governance and inclusive development, shaping policies, programmes, and institutions that uphold gender equality, social inclusion, diversity, equity and the meaningful participation of all people in the processes that define and transform society.
